Tracks Community Sponsorship Fund supports local projects that enhance the environment and improves communities.

Community Sponsorship Fund

Tracks accepts requests for sponsorship on a regular basis from multiple individuals and organisations throughout New Zealand. Our Sponsorship Team carefully reviews each of these requests and will respond in a timely manner. In order to be considered for funding you must fill in the application below detailing the initiative.

We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the completed application and identify the time frame of our proposed response.

Tracks will not consider applications that request sponsorship for individuals, events or organisations outside of New Zealand, personal interest groups, illegal or high-risk activities or events. Tracks trademarks must not be used and in no circumstances except with prior written approval from Tracks to promote an event or an attraction that violates local, regional or national laws or is contrary to the Company’s Terms and Conditions of sponsorship. We cannot consider any application that requires commitment or funding within 30 days of submitting this application.

    Terms & Conditions

    Sponsorship recipients agree to the following terms and conditions should they be approved for sponsorship by Tracks:

    1. Only not-for-profit entities may apply. Employees of Tracks, and its associated companies, plus members of their immediate families, are ineligible to apply.
    2. All sponsorships or donations must be utilized exclusively for the purposes stated in the sponsorship application and as per the timetable unless written approval has been provided by Tracks prior to any modification. Otherwise, Tracks reserves the right to request reimbursement.
    3. The sponsorship provided by Tracks must be recognized orally and in writing in the promotion or advertising throughout the activity, initiative, or project as described in the sponsorship application.
    4. Sponsorship recipients authorize Tracks to publish their name, nature, and description of the project, the amount of the sponsorship, and any photographs of the activity, initiative, or project for business and promotional purposes.
    5. Sponsorship recipients agree to provide a written report to Tracks within two months following the end of the sponsored activity, initiative, or project indicating the results and the outcome, and authorizes Tracks to reproduce any text in the report either whole or in part for business or promotional purposes.
    6. Whenever possible, the sponsorship recipients agree to provide pictures of the activity, initiative, or project and authorize Tracks to reproduce these pictures either whole or in part for business and promotional purposes. Pictures should be submitted with the written report noted in condition 4 above. Sponsorship recipients agree that they will obtain the consent of any person that appears in the picture to: (i) take the picture; (ii) provide the picture to Tracks; and (iii) allow Tracks to publish the picture for its own purposes.
    7. Sponsorship recipients agree to promptly inform Tracks and reimburse the sponsorship in whole or in part if so, requested by Tracks, in the event of: i. Incorrect or inexact information included in the application form; ii. Project is abandoned or needs to be abandoned; iii. Sponsorship funds are not utilized within the period specified; iv. Sponsorship funds are utilized for expenses other than those specified in the application form.
    8. Any decision made by Tracks Sponsorship Committee is final and made at the sole discretion of the Committee. We accept and understand that no explanation for any decision made regarding our application needs to be provided. A sponsorship application creates no rights for the sponsorship applicant and no obligations for Tracks.
    9. All successful sponsorship recipients must provide banking confirmation, including an account in the name of the sponsorship recipients and not trustee’s personal accounts.

    The undersigned, submitting a sponsorship request on behalf of the organization, attests they are authorized to make this application and hereby confirm that all the information in this application is true and correct and that they will comply with the terms and conditions listed above.
