About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role involves operating a variety of machinery and equipment used in concreting, earthworks, civil contracting, traffic management, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, and have the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of construction machinery and equipment.
- Understand and comply with Tracks’ safety policies and procedures.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and complete projects efficiently.
- Contribute to the innovation and improvement of our services and operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operating construction machinery is preferred, but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
